    The following types of content are strictly prohibited from being displayed on the Network:
    • Illegal Products and Services: Advertising for products or services that are illegal to possess, use, or sell in any jurisdiction where the Network operates. This includes, but is not limited to:
      • Tobacco products (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chewing tobacco)
      • Illegal drugs and narcotics
      • Weapons and firearms
      • Alcohol (restrictions may vary by location)
      • Gambling (restrictions may vary by location)
      • Prostitution and escort services
      • Counterfeit goods
      • Pirated materials
    • Hate Speech and Discrimination: Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or other protected characteristic.
    • Offensive or Obscene Content: Content that is sexually suggestive, violent, or otherwise offensive to public morals. This includes nudity, pornography, and graphic violence.
    • Deceptive or Misleading Content: Content that is false, misleading, or deceptive, or that is likely to mislead consumers about the product or service being advertised.
      Spam: Unsolicited bulk advertising or promotional content.
    • Viruses and Malware: Content that contains viruses, spyware, malware, or other code that could harm users' devices or data.
    • Religious Content: Content that promotes a specific religion or religious viewpoint (restrictions may vary by location, consider if neutrality is preferred).

  3. Content Specifications:
    • Format: Advertisements must be submitted in portrait format with a 9:16 aspect ratio.
    • Images: Images must be submitted in JPG format.
    • Videos: Videos must be submitted in MP4 format with no sound. Videos must be the exact length of the purchased advertising slot; content exceeding or falling short of the allotted time will not be accepted.

  4. Political Content:
    Political content promoting a person, party, or project is permitted as long as it is not:
    • Insulting or defamatory towards any individual or group.
    • False, misleading, or deceptive.
    • Promoting hatred or violence.

  5. Disclaimer Regarding Third-Party Content:
    The Company is not responsible for the accuracy of the content or claims made in advertisements promoting third-party products or services. Users are encouraged to conduct their own research before making any purchasing decisions.

  6. Removal of Content by Local Authorities:
    The Company reserves the right to remove any advertising content from the Network upon request by any competent local authority, in accordance with their legal authority.

  7. Dispute Resolution:

    The Company reserves the right to update these Guidelines at any time without prior notice.
